“With analysts predicting that small cells will comprise almost 90% of all base stations by 2016, the products and organisations shortlisted for the Small Cell Forum awards could have a truly profound impact on the mobile industry. Femtocells may have fired the starting pistol in the new small cell movement, but these products and services encompass a wider range of solutions that have demanded genuinely innovative new approaches.I look forward to the awards ceremony when the industry will come together celebrate its greatest success stories,” said Professor Simon Saunders, The Small Cell Forum’s Chairman.
