SCF is delighted to welcome everyone to the Small Cells World Summit (SCWS) in London 24-25 May 2022, which promises to be a packed conference for the wireless and small cells industry.

As the only global conference series dedicated to the small cell eco-system, SWCS and has earned a strong reputation as the key event to discuss everything small cell and the wider eco-system in this ever-evolving technological landscape.

Following the successful 2021 virtual event, SCWS this year will be even more meaningful in-person. The final session of Day One will be ‘New policy, new business models, fresh thinking’, covering everything from the JOTS Neutral Host In-Building specifications and US policy evolution, to supply chain diversity and security, and new approaches for evolving business models.

We then enjoy a celebration of the finalists and winners at the SCF Small Cell Awards at the Gala Dinner ceremony – not to be missed!

The morning of Day Two starts with a session on ‘Agile, flexible infrastructure for digital transformation’ with a keynote from Doug Pulley of Picocom.

This is followed by an ‘Architectural evolutions’ session and ‘Small cell Open RAN technology strategies’ session. SCF Chair Prabhakar Chitrapu will then provide a wrap-up.

The afternoon has two tailored Workshops. The first on ‘Private networks, digital transformation and 5G’ will be supported by the UK’s Department of International Trade, Department of Culture Media and Sport (DCMS) and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). This will include contributions from policymakers and enterprises from across Europe, and representatives from the wireless industry.

The second workshop on CV2X, will focus on what consumers will be expecting and how small cells can support service delivery, and will include contributions from the 5G Automotive Association and Wireless Infrastructure Group.
